Standing Seam Roof – Cubiertec (SSR-C)

The Standing Seam Roof – Cubiertec (SSR-C) tiles are a system for roofs and facades without longitudinal overlap with hidden fixation (the tile is not perforated), with the versatility of being able to cover different lengths, with proven tightness and slopes from 5 %, it is the only system that can be bent with radii of curvature from 5.0 m. This system is generally manufactured at the installation site, producing a complete tile between the channel (canoe) and the ridge (ridge), or its entire length in the case of curved roofs. It can be simple (without insulation) or sandwich (with insulation). The steel normally used is 26 gauge (0.45mm) or 24 gauge (0.60mm) pre-painted on both sides with standard oven-applied polyester paint. The lengths are made according to the specific breakdown of each project and when it is manufactured on site there is no restriction on its length, one of its advantages being that it does not have overlaps in the direction of water flow.
