BR 04 – FINE CORN GRITS

Corn grits with fine and uniform granulometry, BR 04 is
obtained from selected grains and superior quality, contains low lipid content,
free of fines (powder) and with sensory attributes characteristic of the cereal

BR 04 is widely used in the extrusion of corn snacks, and
can also be used in the manufacture of beers, providing greater yield and foam
quality. The product adapts well to different beer production processes and to
the different types of equipment used in extrusion
